Fish off

For tonight's dinner we decided to each prepare one of the two types of fish I bought Sunday and see which one we liked better.

*spoiler alert: they were both delicious*
Left (his): Salmon, Honey, Salt & Pepper, Onions, Apple, Celery

Right (mine): Rock fish, Lemon, Salt & Pepper, Garlic, Chives, Kale, Onion, Portabella

We wrapped both in foil and threw them on the grill for 20 minutes.

Simple side of brown rice, kale, onion, portabella mushroom, garlic, salt & pepper, and a tiny bit of olive oil. Simple, easy and delicious!

*this could be a meal if you added protein, so yummy*
